The freedom to work from almost anywhere there is an internet connection.

Just about any craft, hobby, interest, many types of services, you name it, can be marketed online.

Very inexpensive to start.

Nearly any age person from elementary school to retiree can build a web site and begin a successful business online.

Depending on your type of web site you don’t have to buy, ship, or stock, any products.

The world can be your marketplace- people from nearly any country may visit your web site and make you money almost automatically once your site is established.

Disadvantages Of Building A Home Internet Business

It will require your time and effort to learn about how internet marketing works. And it takes time to build a home internet business that makes money. You won’t get something for nothing here.

Like almost any business you have to build up an internet business over time. You have to write content for your site’s pages and wait for them to be listed and ranked by the major search engines. It thus takes a little time for a site to start earning money.

It requires that you have a computer or access to one and an internet connection.

You will have to pay a small amount to have your site hosted on a web server. In most cases this is a very low cost though.

Paid advertising may or may not be necessary depending on the theme of your site, competition, etc.

So all in all starting an internet business is very inexpensive and requires no special knowledge or background to begin. It offers some great advantages and rewards to anyone willing to learn and put in the time and effort.
